Streamed Web Mercator terrain, real Earth data, and procedurally styled buildings.

The largest sample and the stress test for streaming: adaptive package LOD over projected Earth coordinates, bare / land-classification / human-feature modes, and styled buildings generated from the default worldgen pack. Query params switch style packs (?style=) and synthetic lineups (?synthetic=1&lineup=1).
